Stacked STL sits a bit away from the main bustle at 7637 Ivory St, in a neighborhood that’s in the middle of change. The area can feel sketchy to some, with street parking the only option—sometimes a block away—so it’s a spot best visited during daylight hours or early evening when the street feels more active.

This place is a casual American restaurant and bar focusing on burgers, with a menu that mixes well-known comfort classics and some creative twists. The vibe inside is surprisingly clean and updated compared to what you might expect from the surroundings, though the seating leans toward smaller tables and chairs that might feel tight if you’re here with a larger group or for a lingering meal.

Stacked STL is a solid pick for anyone hunting for a straightforward, no-frills burger experience with some an edge of local personality. Build-your-own burgers are popular here, and there’s a good selection of sauces and toppings if you like to customize. Options like the BLT burger or one of the grass-fed beef choices come recommended by locals who appreciate a well-constructed patty paired with thoughtful sides, such as parmesan garlic fries or fried pickle baskets. Drink-wise, the Bloody Mary with bacon and creative cocktails like the Pink Pineapple offer a fun twist, adding to the laid-back bar atmosphere.

The staff here earn positive mentions for their attentiveness and willingness to help guide you through the menu, especially if you want to tweak how your burger is cooked—though it’s worth noting that some guests found their burgers coming out more cooked than expected, so specifying “rare” might be the safer bet if you like things on the juicier side.

Overall, Stacked STL is suited for casual lunches or relaxed evenings with friends where high-end ambiance isn’t the goal. If you’re in the neighborhood and craving a burger-centric menu paired with friendly service and a low-key bar setting, it delivers a straightforward experience reflective of a neighborhood spot quietly making its mark.

Adam took good care of me and rxplained how the ordering worked. I had the BLT burger with parmesan garlic fries. Delicious! Another woman who brought the food suggested the spicy ketchup and that was a good suggestion.

Good burgers. Great, nice & caring staff. Burgers on the overdone side. Waiter instructed me to go more rare if that's something I like. I did medium rare and it was still closer to well done. My wife got medium on her burger and it was pretty over done. I'd recommend rare if you like your burger a little soft. Otherwise, drinks, fries, and overall burger toppings were awesome. I got the burger of the month and it was great.

This place was okay, but I'll probably avoid it in the future. First, it's not in what I'd call a really safe location. Second, they don't have a parking lot, and you have to park on the street. I had to park more than a block away, in a seedier location. I was afraid that my truck would get stolen or broken into. Third, I thought I'd try one of their burgers, which really sounded good, but they come with fries and this place wouldn't let me substitute. I'm diabetic, and fries cause my blood glucose to spike really high. Most places let me substitute slaw, a vegetable, or a small salad. Fourth, since I couldn't get a burger, I settled for a salad entree, but the lettuce wasn't cut into reasonably sized pieces, and the dressing that came with it was awful.

Stopped in for some lunch with my wife. It's a little off the beaten path, but it's not bad. It is located in a little rougher part of town, but this area is trying to clean up. The building they're in is actually fairly nice inside. It's good to see this happening. The reason for 4 stars on the atmosphere is the table we sat at, and the chairs, were small. Overall, we enjoyed our burgers. One Junior Cheeseburger. One Wet Nap, Ground Chuck STACKED w/ BBQ Braised Brisket, House Made Cheese Sauce & Crispy Fried Onions on a Brioche Bun. 2 waters to drink, approx 15% came out to $34. If you're looking for a good burger, decent portions, friendly service, at what we would consider a reasonable price, give Stacked STL a shot. Recommended-MVP

We did the create your own burger option and all got grass fed burgers and fries. They were delicious. Found a spot to park on the street with no problem. Inside was nicely decorated.

This place was great. Amazing! Actually. We went in for Burger week and it was incredible. There is a nice park across the street too that we hung out in after we were done eating with our toddler. We had a brownie but I did not get a picture of it because my wife devoured it because it was so good. I also appreciate it the Google pay option at the table. However, there was no way to tip the server. We did give her cash, but it would be nice to call that out before we paid. Good chance it was user error too.

Went to St. Louis last night to attend the Kendrick Lamar & Sza concert at America's center & the dome, and stumbled across this gem of a restaurant searching for food places to eat in the area on Google. This place did not disappoint! The staff were very friendly and amazing. The menu is busting with so many flavorful options & the food was 10/10 so delicious. Very prompt service. Food was cooked to perfection. Any time I'm in St. Louis I'll eat at STACKED STL

Had a good dinner here. Great draft ipa to start. Got a bunch of appetizers such as chips and dip, pretzel w mustard and cheese, fried pickles, hummus w pita. All were hot and freshly made. I had the cowboy carter salad, I enjoyed it and it was not overwhelming with any one ingredient and paired well together. My kids had the JR burger and chicken tenders which were both also good. Was greeted promptly and waitress was attentive, polite, and friendly.
